
Phone Coordinator
Responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing phone calls related to the services at the facility. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset. The Oral Surgery Phone Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for patients, referring dentists, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all parties involved.
Dental Surgical Assistant
Applicant must have completed Expanded Duties of Dental Auxiliary Personnel and be a licensed Dental Radiographer. Certified Dental Assistant is preferred, but not required. Without the CDA at least 2 years of dental assisting is required. It is essential to have excellent patient rapport and clinical judgment. Applicant should be able to multi-task and be able to take initiative.
Dental Sterilization Technician
Perform sterilization procedures on medical equipment and instruments according to established protocols and guidelines.
– Collaborate with staff to ensure proper sterilization techniques are followed.
– Adhere to strict infection control protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and sterile environment
Front Desk
Dental office background/experience is preferred. Job responsibilities include but not limited to answering multiple phone lines, scheduling, confirming appointments, checking patients in and out, charge entry, and preparing charts/statements.
