Dr. Ospina grew up in Oviedo, Florida, and has dedicated his career to providing exceptional oral and maxillofacial surgical care. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida before pursuing his dental education at the LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida.
Following dental school, Dr. Ospina completed a one-year internship at Augusta University, where he trained in facial trauma and dentoalveolar surgery. He then went on to complete four years of specialty training at the prestigious University of Oklahoma Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program in Oklahoma City.
Dr. Ospina’s professional interests include facial trauma, orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, facial cosmetic procedures, and dentoalveolar surgery, including wisdom tooth removal and dental implant procedures. He is committed to combining surgical excellence with compassionate patient care to help patients achieve improved function, health, and confidence.
Outside of the office, Dr. Ospina enjoys spending time with his wife, who is his high school sweetheart, and their three young children. Family remains at the center of his life, and he values the opportunity to serve his community while balancing a fulfilling family life.
