Payment Portal

To make a payment : 

1. Click Patient Payment Portal button below.
2. Under First Name, enter “Patient ID #” located on your statement in addition to your first name. Patient ID MUST be included to apply payment to the correct account.
3. Complete the rest of the payment as directed.

*Please note: A 3% surcharge will be added to all Credit Card Transactions effective 10/1/24.
