How CareCredit Works
CareCredit is a credit card you can use to pay for out-of-pocket expenses related to medical care—particularly those not covered by medical insurance. Many insurance companies don’t cover what they deem to be non-essential or elective cosmetic procedures.
After you’ve been approved for your CareCredit card, you can use it to pay for procedures offered at our practice, now including cosmetic procedures. Once you’ve paid for your procedure with CareCredit, you’ll have a specific period of time to pay off your purchase. Short-term financing is interest-free, provided you pay the full amount within the promotional period. If you’re unable to do so, CareCredit will charge interest starting from the date of your first payment.
Short-term financing terms we accept include:
- 6 months, 0% interest if paid within promotional period.
Long-term financing we accept include: (Long-term financing includes interest based on the length of your payment plan.)
- 24 months
- 36 months
- 48 months
- 60 months
Cosmetic procedures costing $1,000+ are eligible for 24 to 48-month financing, while $2,500+ procedures are eligible for 60 months.
